Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder) in a gallon zipper plastic bag, mix together well. Add wings to the bag and turn to coat the wings evenly.
Remove the wings a few at a time and put on a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil (pay attention, friends - nonstick is critical!). Drizzle the melted butter over the wings and turn them to coat them as evenly as possible. Make sure the wings have some space between them so they're not touching.
Bake for 25 minutes, turn the wings over, then bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with ranch, blue cheese, and vegetables for dipping.
