Who doesn’t love brunch? For me, it conjures up the idea of a beautiful, lazy Sunday afternoon complete with cocktails and delicious, decadent food. And when I want something a bit indulgent I usually gravitate toward seafood. That’s how I came up with this yummy, yet easy to make, Crab Frittata! If you can make an omelette, you can definitely make a frittata :) And this one is made with seasonal ingredients I found at a local farmers market including red bell peppers and arugula. Add lump crab, Old Bay, shallots, and Gruyere cheese and we’re in business!
I created this recipe for a new partnership with Atlas Coffee Club. ACC offers globally curated premium coffee, delivered straight to your door. What I really love about ACC is that they pay well above market prices for the coffee beans they purchase from farms around the world, which ensures ethically sustainable farming practices and the highest quality coffee. Check out their coffee collection featuring beans from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Colombia, Indonesia, and Kenya just to name a few. Did I mention how beautiful the coffee bags are too? So, so pretty! I’m super excited to be working with Jordan, Mike, and the rest of team over at ACC. Stay tuned for more exclusive recipes that will pair perfectly with one of ACC’s many coffees!
For now, I present to you the easiest brunch dish you could ask for. Frittatas really are the perfect dish for entertaining – you can serve them hot or make them ahead of time and serve at room temperature.
