If you ask me, the only thing better than a delicious and satisfying meal is a refreshing cocktail! And even better when that cocktail requires only three ingredients and takes five minutes to whip up. Get I get an amen?! You have got to try this beautiful Raspberry Mango Bellini! It’s perfect for a summer brunch or bridal shower. Or just because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere :)
How to make it
Blend the frozen raspberries and mango nectar until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to get rid of the seeds.
Fill each glass about 1/3 of the way with the raspberry mango puree, then top with Prosecco.
If you feel like being fancy, garnish with fresh raspberries, mango, and mint. How gorgeous is this? These are so easy to make you’ll be making them all summer long :)
- 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup mango nectar
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh mango
