I’m making my super simple ROASTED GAMBAS AL AJILLO, aka garlic shrimp 🙌🏼 As delicious as this is, the star of the show for me is the garlicky olive oil butter sauce that is MADE for being sopped up with some crust bread! So tell me, what’s on your menu this week?! Everyone can use some inspiration! #loveandfoodforeva

New recipe, who dis?! I had to share this happy li New recipe, who dis?! I had to share this happy little accident that I’m calling BROWN BUTTER CINNAMON KRISPIE TREATS! I was in the mood for Rice Krispie treats but didn’t have enough cereal. So I subbed in what I had on hand, and oh my gosh was this thing addicting! Like, I may have eaten a good quarter of the tray already, DON’T JUDGE ME! The cinnamon sugar makes these taste like Snicker-doodles, enough said!! You’re gonna need to make these STAT. #loveandfoodforeva
.
INGREDIENTS
🌿 1 stick unsalted butter (I used Earth Balance soy free sticks)
🌿1 10oz bag mini marshmallows
🌿1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌿2 big pinches of kosher salt
🌿2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
🌿1 1/2 cups Kix cereal
🌿1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Heat a large nonstick pot over medium heat for a few minutes, then add the butter. Once the butter is completely melted, lower the heat and swirl the butter in the pan every so often until it turns golden brown, which should take 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the marshmallows and stir until they melt. Add the vanilla and salt, stir well. Then add all the cereal. Stir well using a rubber spatula, until everything is evenly mixed.
4. Spread the mixture in an even layer onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Cool for at least an hour, then cut into bars and see if you can eat only one #goodluck 😂
